A band of four guys called Chapel Ave. were wandering the streets of Harrisburg, PA, playing music and came across DDB founder Tamira Thayne chained at the Capitol building. When they found out she was on Day 16 of her chaining, they stayed a bit and sang her a couple of chained dog songs they made up on the spot. What fun!
