This was a groundbreaking film for its era, a sensitive look at love between men. It almost cost Reagan a political career, as audiences jeered when he dumped Patricia Neal (hot!) for Jack Carson. But the film was pulled from theaters quickly and was forgotten by the time Ronnie entered politics.
