Former Youth Pastor Sentenced for Indecent Assault - WNEP
A former youth pastor from Kingston was in court Monday as a judge sentenced him for crimes against young girls.
The courtroom was packed as a former youth pastor learned his fate. Police said he used his position of power to hurt young girls.
A judge sentenced Brian Neiswender to eight to 16 months behind bars and three years probation.
Neiswender pleaded no contest to charges he molested several young girls in church. That means he did not admit guilt nor did he deny the charges....
