State police have arrested Ian Seagraves, 17, of Cresco. He was brought to district court in Mountainhome just before noon Wednesday.
Seagraves is charged with criminal homicide, conspiracy and other charges.
Police believe he played a role in the murder of Michael Goucher, 21, of Stroudsburg. Goucher's body was found February 11 in a wooded area of Price Township, off Snowhill Road, near Henryville.
Investigators said they found Seagraves' fingerprints on duct tape found at the scene.
Seagraves' arrest comes one week after Shawn Freemore, 19, of Price Township was arrested in connection with the murder.

Eyewitness News also looked up Seagrave's social networking page on MySpace. Many would see it as the page of a disturbed individual. He wrote, "I hear voices that tell me to kill people, hallucinate and get delusional sometimes."
It also said he was feeling kind of crazy after spending time in jail and he didn't want to do anything that would make him have to go back. He added that schizophrenia runs in his family. His MySpace profile tag is ThrOatStabba.
